Your first visit
The reset that makes recurring cleaning easy. Adds baseboards, light fixtures, ceiling fans, inside cabinets, and detailed bathrooms—your biweekly rate + $20, for up to 3 hours.

Empty-home detail for buyers, sellers, and landlords. Adds inside the oven, fridge, cabinets, and window tracks. 5–8 hours, priced on the walkthrough.

Your first visit is a deep clean—your biweekly rate + $20, for up to 3 hours of clean time. Larger or heavily-soiled homes are quoted on the walkthrough, as are move-in / move-out cleans. The price we quote is the price you pay.
