Terms of Service

These terms apply when you request a quote from or use the cleaning services of Sunshine State Cleaning Company, LLC (“we,” “us”), a residential cleaning service based in Sanford, Florida serving Seminole County and the surrounding area. By requesting a quote or booking service, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide residential home cleaning—recurring standard cleans, deep / first-time cleans, and move-in / move-out cleans—to the checklist and scope agreed for your home. Details of each package are described on our website.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on our website are ranges by home size. Your specific quote is set on a quick walkthrough of your home and reflects its size and condition. Larger or heavily-soiled homes and move-in / move-out cleans are quoted individually. For the agreed scope of work, the price we quote is the price you pay.
Your first visit
Every new recurring customer starts with a deep / first-time clean so recurring visits stay consistent. The first visit is billed at your biweekly rate plus $20, for up to three hours of clean time; homes needing more time are quoted on the walkthrough.
Come-back-free guarantee
If an area we cleaned isn’t right, tell us within 48 hours and we’ll return and re-clean that area at no charge. The guarantee covers the scope of the clean you booked; it does not cover new mess, areas outside the agreed scope, or issues reported after 48 hours.
Scheduling, access, and cancellations
- You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to your home at the scheduled time (a key, code, or someone to let us in).
- Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a visit. Same-day cancellations or lockouts (where we cannot access the home) may be subject to a fee, which we’ll confirm with you.
- We’ll do the same—if we ever need to reschedule, we’ll give you as much notice as we can.
Payment
Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice. We’ll confirm accepted payment methods when we set up your service.
Insurance and liability
We carry $1,000,000 / $2,000,000 general liability insurance and a $10,000 janitorial bond, and our cleaners are vetted and background-checked. Please tell us in advance about fragile, high-value, or sentimental items so we can take extra care or skip them. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear; report any concern within 48 hours so we can make it right. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the affected cleaning service.
Hiring our cleaners
Our cleaners are our employees, and we invest in vetting and training them. You agree not to directly hire or engage a cleaner introduced to you by us, outside of our service, during your time as a customer and for 12 months after.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
